The members of management keep in close contact with all customers, and take a very hands-on approach to the business. Every one of our butchers obtains a wealth of experience and knowledge within the meat industry, and we are proud to be able to say this. The combination of modern and traditional butchery methods that we use ensures all meat is properly processed every time.

All our products are treated with a high level of care from the moment of preparation to the point of distribution. Goods are delivered in temperature controlled vehicles designed for multiple drops.
